摘要:

采用刚塑性有限元法对杯-杆型复合挤压过程进行了数值模拟,分析了成形过程中的变形力及金属流动规律,根据计算得到的应力、应变场,运用韧性断裂准则,预测了复合挤压变形时产生的表面开裂缺陷。数值计算结果与实验结果相当吻合。

Abstract:

A rigid plastic finite element method is used to simulate the process of the cup rod combined extrusion. The curve of load versus stroke is calculated and the regularity of metal flowing is studied. Moreover, according to the stress and strain fields of the deformation part achieved by calculation, a ductile fracture criterion is adopted to predict the crack defects appearing on the surface of the part during the deformation. The numerical results agree well with the experimental ones.
