离合器式螺旋压力机打击特性和锻造过程数值模拟

摘要: 对离合器式螺旋压力机的力能关系进行系统分析,以阐明其打击特性,进而建立了压力机打击力与工件变形功之间的数学模型。在有限元通用软件的基础上,应用所建立的数学模型对离合器式螺旋压力机上进行的IN718盘件模锻过程进行了有限元数值模拟,并与相关试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,所建立的模型可精确描述离合器式螺旋压力机在锻造过程中的运动学和力能特性,可精确预测锻件变形工艺力、变形功及压力机的打击力,为科学制定此类设备上的锻造工艺和有效控制锻件质量奠定了一定的基础。

Abstract: Through a systematic analysis of the force-energy relationship of a clutch screw press during the forging process, the characteristics of the clutch screw press are defined and mathematical models of its force-energy relationship are established. On the basis of a commercial finite element software and the models developed, simulation of turbine disk IN718 forging is performed. The calculated results are compared with experiment data to validate the models. The results show that the proposed models can describe the kinematic properties and force-energy relationship of the press and predict accurately the deformation force and energy of forging and the strike force of the clutch screw press. Thus, the design of forging processes on this type of press and the quality control of forging may be implemented scientifically by the application of the proposed models.
