摘要: 研究了用新工艺快速定向流动法化学气相沉积碳 /碳复合摩擦材料的制备工艺。对总体方案进行了分析 ,确定了最优工艺参数 ,所得制品具有良好的摩擦磨损性能。并探索了沉积温度、炉压、气体流量等工艺参数及石墨化处理工艺对制备工艺和材料性能的影响

Abstract: The new technology of frictional carbon composite prepared by rapidly directional flow method through chemical vapour deposition was studied. General scheme was earnestly investigated, and optimal technological parameters were determined. The prepared samples possess good tribological properties. The effects of the parameters including deposition temperature, furnace pressure, hydrocarbon gas flow and so on and of graphitization process on the preparation technology and properties of composites were explored.
