电压加载下己二酸铵对2024-T3铝合金阳极氧化膜的封闭研究

Sealing of Ammonium Adipate on Anodic Oxide Film of Aluminium Alloy 2024-T3 Under Voltage Loading

摘要: 研究了加载直流电压条件下己二酸铵对2024-T3铝合金阳极氧化膜的封闭效果,从而提出一种新型封闭方法。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)和能量散射谱(EDS)对封闭前后阳极氧化膜的微观形貌和成分进行了分析。采用动电位极化技术、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和盐雾腐蚀实验研究了加载直流电压条件下己二酸铵封闭后铝合金硫酸阳极氧化膜的耐腐蚀性能,并与重铬酸钾封闭、沸水封闭进行了对比。结果表明:加载直流电压条件下己二酸铵封闭可以有效闭合多孔层微孔,对阳极氧化膜的缺陷空穴进行填充,修补阻挡层中的缺陷,提高阻挡层厚度,其耐腐蚀性与重铬酸钾封闭效果相当,优于沸水封闭效果。

Abstract: In order to put forward a new sealing method,the sealing effect of ammonium adipate on anodic oxide films of aluminium alloy 2024-T3 under voltage loading is studied. The surface morphology and element contents of the anodic oxide films before and after the sealing are studied by using the field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Potentiodynamic polarization,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and salt spray tests are used to study the corrosion resistance of the anodic oxide films sealed by different methods. It is shown that, after the ammonium adipate sealing under voltage loading, the pores of the anodic oxide films are closed, the cavities of the anodic oxide films are filled, the defects of the barrier layer are repaired, and the thickness of the barrier layer is enhanced. The corrosion resistance of the films sealed by ammonium adipate under voltage loading is comparable to those sealed by potassium dichromate, and superior to the films sealed by boiling water.
