复合材料布带缠绕智能纠偏控制技术

Controlling Technology of Intelligent Position Correcting in Winding Process of Composites

摘要: 智能纠偏是复合材料缠绕成型的关键技术之一,其焦点问题是如何实现布带跑偏量的精确检测控制。在分析布带跑偏机理及纠偏可行性的基础上,针对布带跑偏量检测问题,提出了基于线阵电荷耦合(CCD)的布带边缘检测方法,并对其检测原理进行了分析。在此基础上,建立了智能纠偏控制系统的数学模型,分析了系统的稳定性,并采用Fuzzy-PID(模糊与比例-积分-微分)复合控制对控制系统进行了仿真和纠偏实验。结果表明,Fuzzy-PID复合控制效果明显优于单独的PID控制和Fuzzy控制,完全满足缠绕工艺对布带跑偏量的控制要求。

Abstract: Intelligent position correcting is one of the key technologies in the winding process of a composite, and the crucial issue is how to achieve accurate detection and control of the deviation amount of the tape. On the basis of an analysis of the causes of deviation and the feasibility of correction, the paper proposes an edge detection method based on linear array charge cupled device (CCD) to deal with the problem and analyzes the detection principle. Hence, the paper establishes a mathematical model of the intelligent position correcting system and analyzes the stability of the system. Moreover, a simulation of this system and an experimental correction is made by using the compound control of Fuzzy-PID(Proportion-Integral-Derivative). The results show that the compound control of Fuzzy-PID is better than individual Fuzzy control and a separate PID control, since it completely meets the control requirements of a winding process.
