薄壁管卷边成形过程的数值模拟

摘要: 导出了薄壁管卷边成形过程的塑性变形力学方程,由此出发给出了基于增量理论的数值模拟方法,从而可以综合研究各种因素对管材卷边成形的影响。文中考察了成形过程应力应变分布行为,压力-行程曲线的模拟结果与实测结果基本一致。

Abstract: In this paper,the equations of the plastic deformation and mechanics of the inverting process are derivde; From the equations, a numerical method based on the incremental strain theory for simulation of the process is given. With the help of the method, a comprehensive investigation of the effect of various factors on the inverting can be made. The behaviour of the stress-strain distrbutions of the inverting is searched. The result of load-shortening curve obtained by simulation is consistent with the experimental result. The achievements of this study may serve as a significant guide to the practice of the relevant processes.
