摘要:

将坩埚加速旋转技术(ACRT)过程中Ekman流的影响因素归纳为无量纲数Re,ωmaxt1和ωmaxt2,利用计算方法分析了各无量纲数的影响。结果表明,当坩埚转速按梯形波变化,坩埚内流体高度大于3倍坩埚直径时,Ekman流的强度随Re,ωmaxt1的增加呈峰值性变化,随ωmaxt2的增加而线性增加。

Abstract:

Factors affecting Ekman flow are analyzed, and attributed to three dimensionless numbers ,Re, ω max t 1 and ω max t 2. Effects of these numbers on Ekman flow are numerically studied .The results show that with increases of  Re and ω max t 1, Ekman flow strengthens at first, and then weakens. The strength of Ekman flow increases linearly as ω max t 2. increases . For effective Ekman flow, 500.0≥Re≤800.0, 12.0≥ω max t 1≤40.0, ω max t 2 ≈50.0.
