可靠性增长试验总试验时间算法的研究

摘要: 介绍了国内外文献中所建议用于规划可靠性增长试验的总试验时间,利用Duame增长模型推导出了总试验时间的计算公式,并提出了一种算法;对确定总试验时间的诸参数,如增长率、起始点,要求的MTBF等进行了分析和研究,提出了确定这些参数的原则和算法;最后还给出了最佳取值范围和计算结果。结果表明,这种算法比传统的近似估算更为合理和准确。

Abstract: The total test time devoted to reliability growth testing shall be based on the r eliabilitygrowth model, the experience of the contr actor, and the quantitative requir ements of the item's proposedin the reliability specification. This paper first introduces proposed the total test time duringthe growth test program refer ences at home and abroad. And the calculative formulation of the total test time is deduced and a now algor ithm is presented on the basis of Duane reliability growth model.Analyses ar emade of the definite principle to determine and method to calculate the Duanc growthmodel paraqmeters, for example, the growth rate, the star ting point, required MTBF, and so forth.Finally the optimum number and calculation are given to show that the met hod is more accur ate thanconventional approximate methods.
