Abstract: This paper discusses the main content, parameters and methods on testability demonstration of systems and equipment. In terms of the theory of mathematical statistics, the author presentsa simple, practicable table - look - up method for evaluating fault detection and iso lation capability;and design of the test plan as well as decision criteria of accep tance or rejection.
