全范围疲劳裂纹扩展速率表达式的研究

摘要: 以Paris公式和Walker公式为基础,提出两种适用于全范围的疲劳裂纹扩展速率表达式,它们考虑了应力比和门槛值对疲劳裂纹扩展规律的影响,揭示了疲劳裂纹扩展在不同阶段的不相同的变化规律,同时又兼顾损伤当量折算要求。能较好地评估低载损伤不可忽略情况下结构的使用寿命和维修周期,有重要的工程实用意义。

Abstract: Based on Paris and Walker's forulas two expressions are presented of fatiguc crack propagation in all area, which both consider the effects of stress-ratio and thrcshold value,and give different rules of fatigue crack propagation in different stages.Besides incorporating demands of damage equivalence,they are able to estimate service life and maintenance cycle of the structure affected by low load,of which the damage is not to be ignored.So they are very worthwhile in cnginccring.
