面向满足率与利用率的通用备件优化配置方法

摘要: 随着装备标准化、模块化水平不断提高,通用化部组件类型及数量的比重越来越大。为了进一步提高备件保障能力,建立了通用件整体备件利用率和满足率模型,在此基础之上,提出一种基于满足率指标约束下的通用备件配置优化方法。算例分析表明,随着备件配置数量的增加,备件满足率会随之增加,与此同时备件利用率会随之降低,在进行备件配置过程中,很难达到备件满足率和备件利用率双高的结果,两指标存在一定的相互制约关系。需针对实际需求综合权衡备件满足率和备件利用率之间的关系,确定主要优化指标,提高备件使用效率。研究结果为开展装备备件需求论证、制定备件保障方案提供支撑。

Abstract: With the ever-progressing equipment standardization and modularization level, the proportion of common spare type and number is increasing. In order to further improve spares support capability, a common spare utilization rate and fill rate model is established. On this basis, a common spare configuration optimization with the constraint of fill rate index is proposed. Case studies show that with the increase of the number of spares, the fill rate of spares will also increase, while the utilization rate of spares will decrease. It is difficult to achieve high results for both fill rate and utilization rate of spares, and to some degree, there is mutual restriction between the two indexes. It is necessary to weigh between spares fill rate and utilization rate according to actual needs so as to identify the primary optimization indexes, and to improve the efficiency of spares. The research results provide support for developing equipment spares requirement demonstration and spare support program.
