摘要: 把控制理论中的自适应控制策略应用到柔性制造系统仿真软件的开发中来,提出了自适应仿真思想用于柔性制造系统运行设计,在一定范围内解决了集成智能仿真环境中对柔性制造系统仿真结果的自动优化等问题,并对自适应仿真进行了展望。

Abstract: This paper attempts to apply the adaptive control strategy in control theory to the development of Simulation Software for FMS design. The idea of adaptive simulation is proposed. The simulation strategy of "Adaptive Simulation system for FMS design (i. e. FMS -ASS)". FMS-ASS places one simulator within a feedback loop with another computer program which plays the role of an automated, "computerized FMS designer". This program calls on the simulation in an iterative manner, with new optimized parameters on each iteration. This program is referred here as "Simulation Optimization System (i.e. SOS)", which in a certain range helps solving the problems of automatic optimization of simulation outputs under integrated, intelligent simulation environment. Finally the perspective of the future development of adaptive simulation is given.
