摘要:

简介了小滚转力矩测量技术 :小滚转力矩天平、自由滚转法,重点介绍了气动中心高速所研究的气浮天平技术,气浮天平技术具有小滚转力矩天平经济、直观的优点,同时具有自由滚转法精度高的优点。在微量滚转力矩的测量中,角度偏差和同轴度偏差将直接影响到滚转力矩的测量精度,应根据滚转力矩的测量精度对角度偏差和同轴度偏差进行控制。

Abstract:

The paper briefly presents the measurement techniques for micro-rolling-moment by means of micro-rolling-moment balances and free rolling method,with the emphasis on the gas bearing balance technique developed by High Speed Aerodynamics Institute of CARDC. The gas bearing balance technique has the advantages of economical and direct measurement and high accuracy. In measuring the micro-rolling-moment, the deviations of angle and coaxality, which have direct influences on the measurement accuracy, should be controlled according to the measurement accuracy of the rolling-moment.
