摘要:

用部分膜弹流模型来模拟线接触的混合润滑,提出浮动网格法,详细计算了二次压力峰的位置与大小,最小油膜厚度与中心油膜厚度。首次提出了线接触部分膜弹流的油膜厚度与二次压力峰计算公式。对浮动网格法,用 6种方法,即加、减、乘、除、对数与幂,进行了说明。理论分析的数学模型是基于Patir与 Cheng的平均流模型与微凸体接触模型。

Abstract:

The mixed lubrication of line contacts is simulated with a partial elastohydrodynamic model. With a floating grid method, the location and magnitude of pressure spikes are calculated in detail, and the minimum film thickness and central film thickness are also calculated. Equations of the oil film thickness and pressure spike are proposed for the cases of elastohydrodynamic lubrication of rough rollers. The floating grid method is illustrated and explained with 6 splitting methods: adding, subtracting, timing, dividing, powering and algorithm methods. The mathematical model of the theoretical analysis is based on the average flow model presented by Patir and Cheng.
