摘要: 通过对自由曲面精度检测的研究,针对检测过程中出现的基准不重合现象,提出了一种基于图形制导的自由曲面最佳匹配分析算法。该算法首先利用参数曲面的几何不变性使匹配曲面达到较好的初始位置,然后根据随机或交互选取的数据点利用优化算法对曲面进行匹配计算。结果表明 :该算法可以有效地消除基准不重合误差,同时算法具有较好的抗发散性。这一算法已在反求工程 CAD系统 RE-SOFT中取得了很好的应用效果。

Abstract: By studying free form surface inspection, an algorithm of the graphics based best fit in relation to two surfaces is presented for solving coordinate deviation in inspection procedures. Using the affine invariance of parametric surface, a better original position for surface fitting calculation is applied firstly. After that,the optimal algorithm can be efficiently carried out by randomly or interactively choosing some measure points.The application shows that the algorithm presented in this paper can minimize coordinate deviation efficiently,and has good robustness.The algorithm has been successfully used in reverse engineering software RE-SOFT.
