摘要:

提出了一种飞机起落架缓冲性能分析、试验、设计一体化的工程方法。利用起落架落震试验结果,自动识别缓冲器空气压缩多变指数和油孔流量系数等不可测参数,以便建立准确的起落架数学模型;并在此基础上对缓冲器充填参数和油孔尺寸进行优化设计,使得起落架着陆最大冲击载荷达到最小。试验验证结果表明,该方法是成功且有效的。

Abstract:

An integration method of shock absorber performance analysis, test and design of aircraft landing gears is presented. By this method, the air polytropic exponent and the orifice discharge coefficient of shock strut can be automatically identified by using drop test results of the landing gear, and the maximum impact load of the landing gear on the runway can be minimized by adjusting the filling parameters and the variable orifice size of the shock absorber. The test results show that the presented algorithm is successful and effective.
