双参数名义应力法

摘要: 常规名义应力法在考虑平均应力对疲劳损伤的影响时。利用等寿命曲线将载荷等效为对称循环载荷。将双参数问题简化成单参数问题,从而造成误差。本文利用S_a-S_m-N曲面方程,提出双参数名义应力法,计算疲劳损伤时,不再进行载荷均值的转化。实验验证得到:双参数名义应力法可提高疲劳寿命估算的精确度。

Abstract: This paper presents a two-parameter nominal-stress approach, which uses the Sa-Sm-N curved surface equation to calculate the fatigue damage of each cycle considering the effect of stress amplitude and mean simultaneously. Experimental results show that the fatigue life prediction accuracy is improved through the two-parameter nominal-stress approach.
