摘要: 耐久性载荷谱是进行飞机结构耐久性设计、分析和试验的前提,是飞机结构耐久性研究的核心问题之一。美国空、海军联合使用规范指南JSSG-2006和中国国军标GJB 67.6A-2008均建议采用"耐久性严重谱"进行飞机结构定延寿,严重谱具有诸多优点,是目前国内外载荷谱编制研究的热点。本文以标准、规范要求为指引,以服务型号研制为目标,对国内外军用飞机结构耐久性严重谱编制和应用技术现状进行了系统总结。首先,阐述了严重谱的概念,总结了国内外军用飞机结构定延寿采用的2类载荷谱和分散系数取值,介绍了严重谱严重程度确定方法研究现状;然后,概述了国内外提出和发展的严重谱编制方法及耐久性严重谱在型号定延寿中的应用;最后,指出了当前严重谱编制与应用技术的难点和发展趋势,为严重谱编制与应用技术的发展提供参考。

Abstract: Load spectrum is a basis for durability design, analysis and testing, and has always been one of the core issues of military aircraft structural durability research. To conduct the fatigue life evaluation and extension, the durability severe spectrum has been recommended in the Jointed Service Specification and Guideline JSSG-2006 and Chinese national military standard GJB 67.6A-2008, becoming a hotspot in both domestic and foreign load spectrum research because of its multiple advantages compared to the average spectrum. To serve the research and development of aircraft models, this paper systematically summarizes the status of durability severe spectrum development and applications under the guidance of relevant standards and specifications. First, the concept of severe spectrum is elaborated, two types of load spectra and corresponding scatter factors used for life evaluation and extension are summarized, and the determination method of the severity of the severe spectrum are introduced. Secondly, the developing methods and applications of the severe spectrum are reviewed. Finally, the technical challenges and future research directions of severe spectrum development and application are pointed out.
