飞机主馈线单相交流电阻解析计算方法

Analytical calculation method for single-phase AC resistance based on main feeder of aircraft

摘要: 以大型飞机变频交流(AC)电源系统为研究背景,针对主馈线敷设方式缺乏有效的交流电阻解析计算方法的现状,研究导体间具有通用性的邻近因子解析计算方法,能够理论计算宽变频范围内两根导体在不同材料、不同半径、不同中心距离下的交流电阻值,该计算方法具有求解过程简单、物理意义明确、适用范围广、精度高等优点。通过对比航空电缆交流电阻的解析计算、有限元仿真计算和实验计算结果,验证了该方法的有效性和正确性。该计算方法解决了传统使用有限元仿真工具计算交流电阻时过程繁琐、耗时长的问题,简化了计算步骤,具有重要的工程应用价值,并为多导体主馈线敷设方式交流电阻解析计算方法的推导奠定基础。

Abstract: In the variable frequency Alternating Current (AC) power system of large aircraft, it lacks the effective calculation methods for the analysis of wiring strategy of main feeder. In order to solve this problem, this paper studies the calculation method for adjacent factor. The AC resistances of two conductors of different materials, radiuses and center distances are calculated at wide frequency range. The new calculation formula has the advantages of simple form, clear physical meaning, wide application scope and high precision. A comparison with the analytical, finite element numerical and experimental calculation methods for the AC resistance of aviation cables verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method. The complicated procedure and time consumption of traditional finite element simulation tools are overcame. The method is applicable for engineering practice, and gives insights into calculation of AC resistance of wiring strategy of multiple conductors.
