Abstract: IMS standardization has the characteristics of high-tech.standardization。The expansion of technology and the growth of standardization are parallel and mutually complemen-tary,running through the whole ilife cycle of CIMS’s products.This standardization field is in-volved in inforation technology and manufacturing technology,and they inteeweave together becoming a new standardization area。 To establish a reference model is a new method in CIMS standardization。 An attempt is made to abstract a framework theoretically to describe the new concepts and methodology。
