Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of lacking in design automation and generalization during the design process of test unit adapter (TUA) of Automatic Test System (ATS), this paper presents an automatic design technique of general purpose TUA. After finishing the development flows including general purpose TUA ports design, UUT test pointsinstruments matching, switch network design and TUA engineering design, a general purpose TUA can be worked out automatically.
