Abstract: This paper establishes an operational reliability cost (RC) Monter - carlo simulationmodel of civiil aircr aft (CA) . This model not only can compr ehensively evaluate the ojper ational RC, but also can analyze influences of numerous factors of the macro CA system. T he function ofthe model is achieved by developing a user software. The final part of this paper takes a Chinamade CA for example, makes an analysis and gives a partial result.
