两类可靠性指标之间的关系研究

Abstract

Abstract: According to the definition of reliability life, on certain condition of assumption, the relation between the slope parameter a of the two parameter Weibull distribution and the sample standard deviation a is introduced in this paper, and then, the relation between the fatigue life N90/99.9, the reliability index of which is based on the lognormal distribution, and the fatigue life N95 / 95, the reliability index of which is based on the two parameter Weibull distribution, is introduced. Calculated results show that the forenamed two kinds of reliability indexes are identical.
