Airworthiness compliance certification technology of civil aircraft flight deck human factor

Abstract:

Human error cannot be completely avoided.It is difficult to demonstrate the flight deck design fulfill the regulation in human factor airworthiness compliance certification.General approach planning of the flight deck human factor compliance is proposed on the basis of an indepth study of the CS-25.1302 regulation.In the certification work,system integration level,complexity and novelty are emphasized.Key means of compliance including statements of similarity,design description,calculations/analysis,evaluations and test are described in detail.Combined with the type certification project,research on flight deck human factor evaluation and simulator test compliance technology has been carried out.The application to type certification verifies the effectiveness of the compliance technology.
