Abstract:

In order to meet the requirements of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) airworthiness ordinance, the existing single mechanical hard elevator control system for the MA60 aircraft has been improved. The left and right pilots linkage control, improved for the case of seizure can disconnect the linkage, the left and right pilots separately control the left and right elevators. For improvement, through wind tunnel test, obtained the elevator efficiency of without power and power on conditions unilateral elevator seizure. According to the test results, the longitudinal control recovery flight quality and airworthiness regulations compliance are analyzed, which laid a foundation for the subsequent flight test verification and airworthiness certification.
