摘要: 提出了基于最大容差域的容差设计方法。首先,给出了最大容差域的定义,分析了其性质与特点;然后,针对电路设计,以容差域体积为评价指标,基于电子设计自动化(EDA)工具利用优化算法来求解最优容差设计方案;最后,通过对某放大电路进行容差设计,验证了方法的正确性。该方法适合在电路设计的早期开展,克服了现有的基于公差成本函数的容差设计方法的片面性,能更有效地实现电路健壮性的设计要求。

Abstract: A tolerance design method based on maximum tolerance region is presented in this article. First, the concept of maximum tolerance region is given, and its properties and features are analyzed. Second, taking the volume of the tolerance region as a design criterion, a circuit tolerance design method is proposed. To achieve optimized design, an algorithm based on electronic design automatic (EDA) tool is used. Finally, an example of an amplifier circuit design is conducted, and the result illustrates the validity of the proposed method. This method is especially suitable in early stages of design and it can meet the requirements of robustness more efficiently since it eliminates the flaw of the traditional tolerance design based on tolerancecost function.
