整体式粒子分离器数值模拟

摘要:

为找出分离效率更高、压力损失更小的最优型面设计,以两种型面差异较大的整体式惯性粒子分离器为研究对象,利用FLUENT计算软件对其内二维两相流动进行了数值模拟,得到了分离器对不同粒径的砂粒的分离效率,以及不同清除比对分离效率的影响,并对计算结果进行了比较分析。在此基础上,分析了型面对分离效率的影响因素。计算采用标准k-ε模型,颗粒相采用拉格朗日轨道模型。结果表明:对C规范砂,型面变化剧烈的模型(IPS01)的分离效率比型面变化平缓的模型(IPS02)的平均低1.60%,进气总压损失平均增大0.53%;对AC粗砂,分离效率前者比后者平均高0.25%,进气总压损失平均增大0.58%。相比较而言,IPS02更具实际应用价值。

Abstract:

In order to find the optimal profile which possesses a better separation efficiency and a lower pressure lose, numerical simulation are conducted for twophase flow in two different inertial particle separators with different profiles with the aid of compute software—FLUENT. Separation efficiency is obtained for sands with different diameters, and the effects of different SCRs on it are also obtained. The results are compared on this basis and some analyses are conducted to determine the factors affecting the separation efficiency.
