1.2 m高速风洞双天平支撑试验技术

Test technology of twin-sting supports in 1.2 m high speed wind tunnel

摘要: 双天平支撑试验技术是采用2台天平进行全模测力,其中,翼下双天平支撑对机身后体的绕流干扰很小,很适合模型后体的精确测量以及支撑干扰评估试验;另外,对于双体飞机(某层流验证机)高速风洞试验中存在的支撑困难问题,双天平支撑能最大程度地继承单尾支优点,具备较大范围的纵、横向试验能力。基于双天平测量机理,研究并发展了适合于1.2 m高速风洞的双天平试验技术,通过综合加载验证及风洞试验对双天平支撑试验技术进行了验证,研究结果表明,双天平支撑试验数据合理可靠,重复性精度满足国军标合格指标。另外,详细描述了1.2 m高速风洞翼下双天平支撑系统,介绍了双天平支撑试验技术在1.2 m高速风洞中的应用。

Abstract: The test technology of twin-sting supports uses twin balances to measure the aerodynamic forces and moments of the full model. The twin-sting supports under wings, with little interference to the flow around the rear fuselage, are desirable for accurate measurements of the rear fuselage and the support interference evaluation test. In addition, for the support difficulty in high-speed wind tunnel tests of twin-body aircraft (laminar configuration verifier), the twin-sting supports can inherit the advantages of single tail supports to the largest extent, and have capabilities of longitudinal and horizontal tests within a wide range. Based on the principle of twin balances measurement, we develop the twin-sting supports test technology for 1.2 m high speed wind tunnels, and validate it by combined loading tests and wind tunnel tests. The test results of the twin-sting supports are reasonable and reliable, and the accuracy of the repetitive data meets the national military standard. This paper describes the twin-sting supports system under the wing of 1.2 m high speed wind tunnels, and introduces the application of its test technology to the 1.2 m high speed wind tunnel.
