摘要: 提出飞机起落架连续变行程疲劳试验实施方案;设计了试验装置;并通过时歼数五主起落架减震器模拟试验验证了本文方案的合理性、可行性。

Abstract: During fatigue test ofaircraft landing gears,the test life using fixed stroke method will deviate from real life and some parts in the landing gear will not be appropriately fatigue-stres-sed.In order to simulate real conditions more closely,the authors have studied fatigue test tech-nique of continuous variable stroke. To allow for stroke variation,the vibration absorbing cylin-der of the test landing gear is mixedly filled with oil and air similar to the service condition,and the landing gear stands up-side rightly.A test rig is designed which consists of 4 columns(to keep the moving portion in the right position),a loading platform(to apply the y-direction load),and a rolling bed(to give y-direction support and allow for free movement in other directions).A model was simulatively tested,and the results showed the feasibility and suitability of the design. The full scale test rig has been manufactured and is under adjustment now.
