摘要: 主减速器噪声是影响直升机舱内乘坐舒适度的关键因素。为实现主减速器噪声的有效控制,基于直升机主减速器内部结构特点,概括了国内外在齿轮、齿轮轴、轴承和机匣位置开展的噪声源控制技术的发展状况,包括被动、主动和半主动控制方法。已有研究结果表明,噪声源控制技术可在满足直升机轻量化需求的基础上,实现主减速器总体降噪超过10 dB,是改善直升机舱内噪声环境的关键技术储备。根据目前国内外研究现状,结合直升机舱内噪声环境需求,从主减速器噪声分析、控制及试验技术3方面提出了该领域的一些研究方向,为主减速器噪声源控制技术发展提供了思路。

Abstract: Internal acoustic comfort of the helicopter is seriously affected by the main gearbox noise. In this paper, the development status of the noise source control technologies in the gear, gear shaft, bearing and casing, including passive, active, and semi-active control methods, is summarized based on an introduction of the internal structure characteristics of the main gearbox. The existing research results show that source control can achieve overall noise attenuation of more than 10 dB for the helicopter main gearbox under the demand of lightweight, and is a key technology for improving the noise environment in the cabin. Considering the increase of the demands for helicopter internal acoustic comfort, some future research directions in this field are also discussed in terms of noise analysis, noise control and noise testing techniques, providing insights for the development of noise source control of the main gearbox.
