Abstract:

To study the crack growth behaviors of areonautical materials at low temperature and room temperature, the  a-N curves and da/dN △K  curves of LY12CZ, LC4CS aluminium alloys and 30CrMnSiNi2A steel are tested at -40℃ and 25℃ separately.Through the results, it can be found that the a-N curves and the da/dN △K curves of these materials at -40℃ are both higher than those of at 25℃.
