大型紧缩场反射面板的变形分析与控制

摘要: 紧缩场反射面板在重力与热作用下的变形一直是影响反射面板精度的重要因素,在面板尺寸大、精度要求高的情况下更为突出。利用MSCMarc软件采用热-机耦合的有限元分析方法,对某新型紧缩场反射面板的变形进行了仿真,分析了反射面板在重力和温度变化作用下的变形。仿真结果表明面板的前后温度不均匀是影响面板精度的关键因素。在面板的使用中前后的温差应当控制在0 5℃以内。

Abstract: The deformation under gravity and heat has always been an important factor influencing the precision of a reflecting panel, and this becomes more evident with the demands of large size and high precision. The thermo-mechanical coupled method is used to simulate the deformation of a new reflecting panel with MSC Marc. The deformation under both gravity and temperature is also analyzed. The results of analysis show that the uneven distribution of temperature is the key factor influencing the precision of the reflcting panel. It is concluded that the temperature difference of the reflecting panel should be kept below 0.5℃.
