摘要:

给出了先进复合材料在大型飞机上应用的历史和现状,特别是在B787和A380等机种上的近期应用。指出了应用是从小到大、从少到多、从弱到强,一步一步走过来的。分析了应用的技术基础,说明了复合材料是一个性能优异的新材料,这是前提基础;其次应用是各种预研计划认真执行的结果;低成本复合材料技术是应用的重要前提,包括低成本的设计技术、制造技术和材料技术;30多年来复合材料技术的进步是坚实的保障。指出了中国于复合材料技术领域存在的问题和差距,提出了发展中国大型飞机复合材料技术的相关建议。

Abstract:

The history and present status of the development and application of advanced composites on large aircraft, especially on B787 and A380 are provided, which indicates that the application developed step by step from small to large, from little to much, from weak to strong. The technology bases of application are analyzed. The fact that composites are excellent materials is the primary condiction for its widespread application in aircraft. Secondly. the application is also a result of carrying out various research plans.
