高速运动舵机的气动伺服加载特性研究

摘要:

高速运动舵机是一种高能量密度的作动器,具有瞬时、高速及高加速的特征。由于高速运动舵机应用的特殊性,必须对其进行严格的产品性能测试,尤其是其带载工况下的工作可靠性,需要通过模拟负载工况来进行测试。由于高速运动舵机的固有特征,传统电液和电动伺服加载方式将产生难以克服的多余力,基于此,提出一种气动伺服加载方案。首先,对气动加载进行了建模与仿真,验证了气动伺服加载的合理性,优化了系统参数;然后,构建了气动伺服加载实验台,进行了对高速运动舵机在不同工况下的载荷谱加载实验。经过实验验证表明,该气动伺服加载系统能够实现对高速运动舵机进行变梯度动态载荷的加载,并具有较高的精度和可重复性,对高速运动舵机的测试具有重要的意义。

Abstract:

The high-speed motion actuator is a high energy density actuator featured with instantaneousness, high speed, high acceleration, etc. Due to its special requirements, strict product tests should be carried out, especially concerning its reliability under loading. Traditional electro-hydraulic and electric servo load simulator used with the high speed motion actuator will produce an extraneous force/torque which is difficult to eliminate. This study focuses on the establishment of a new test system. It proposes a pneumatic servo loading method to reduce the extraneous force/torque. First, modeling and simulation of pneumatic servo loading are carried out in order to verify the rationale of the method and optimize the system parameters. Secondly, a laboratory bench is built, and load spectrum loading experiments are performed in different work conditions. The experimental results demonstrate that the pneumatic servo loading system can apply a variety of dynamic loads to the high-speed motion actuator with high accuracy and repeatability. These features are significant when the loading system is used in the test of high-speed motion actuators.
