摘要:

修理级别分析(LORA)是飞机保障性分析的一个重要内容。考虑到已有的LORA经济性分析模型在维修费用的计算上不适合飞机维修,以及LORA决策抽象、复杂且不易理解的特点,提出了LORA决策流概念,构建了基于LORA决策流的通用多层多级LORA经济性分析模型。此外,针对飞机维修的特点,改变约束条件,建立了适合飞机的LORA经济性分析模型。在此基础上,以最小化维修成本为目标,调用CPLEX优化算法包对模型进行了求解。通过算例对比分析,阐明了本文LORA经济性分析模型的合理性和适宜性。

Abstract:

Level of repair analysis (LORA) plays a significant role in the supportability analysis of aircraft. In view of the fact that the existing economic evaluation model for LORA is not suitable for aircraft maintenance and the complexity of decision making, a concept of LORA decision flow is raised. Then a general multi-echelon-multi-indenture mathematical model for economic evaluation based on the LORA decision flow is presented. In addition, taking into consideration the maintenance characteristics of an aircraft, an LORA economic analysis model suitable for aircraft is built with different constraint conditions. On the basis of the study above, the model is solved by using the CPLEX optimization algorithm bag to minimize maintenance cost. Finally, the LORA analysis model is proved to be valid by a comparison of numerical examples.
