航天器电缆网快速协同设计方法及关键技术

摘要: 以航天器电缆网传统研制模式的局限性为出发点,提出了电缆网全息模型的概念及其通用模型体系,实现了包含全要素设计信息的完整产品数字化定义;基于先"修路"后布线的设计理念,系统地提出了导航式电缆网快速协同设计方法及其相关算法,建立了航天器整器级统一的电缆网络通道"地图",有效增强了电缆网的顶层设计,减少了每束电缆并行设计时路径统筹规划不够和走向不优化的问题;构建了电缆网机电一体化协同模式和面向研制全周期的一体化业务流程,建立了跨型号跨专业的通用模型库、参数库、算法与规则库,完善了电缆网系统级设计和底层数据模型,实现了不同专业间的并行协同;开发了导航式电缆网快速协同设计系统,实现了基于参数驱动的复杂电缆网快速三维布线,提升了设计效率效益,并在以空间站为代表的载人航天型号中开展了应用,为复杂电缆网的研制提供了一种有效方法和手段。

Abstract: Considering the limitation of traditional development mode of spacecraft cable net, a concept of holographic model for the spacecraft cable net and the system for the model are proposed, and the digital definition of complete product including the design information of total factor is realized. Based on the design concept of "first path design and then the cable routing design", a rapid co-design algorithm and related algorithms of spacecraft cable net are systematically proposed. A unified map of cable net channel at the aircraft level is established to effectively enhance the top-level design of the cable net and reduce the problem of unobtrusive consideration and non-optimization of the path of each cable in the parallel design. The integrated cooperation mode of mechanics and electrics and the integrated business process oriented to the development of the whole cycle are constructed. A universal cross-model cross-discipline model library, parameter database, and algorithm and rule base are established to improve the system-level overall design of the spacecraft cable net and the underlying data model, achieving a parallel collaboration between different disciplines. The navigational rapid co-design system of spacecraft cable net is developed to realize rapid three-dimensional routing of complex cable net based on parameter driving and improve design efficiency and efficiency. The method proposed is applied in the manned spacecraft such as the space station, providing an effective method and means for development of complex cable net.
