不同环境下LY12-CZ铝合金表面腐蚀损伤演化规律研究

摘要:

本文对不同腐蚀温度、不同腐蚀时间作用下铝合金的表面腐蚀损伤形态进行了试验研究。腐蚀损伤在实验室中由人工产生。在光学显微镜下测量得到不同腐蚀环境下试验件的表面腐蚀损伤度数值,并对这些数值进行了详细的统计分析。研究结果表明,腐蚀损伤度随腐蚀时间和温度的增加而增大很快,腐蚀损伤度的概率分布符合逻辑分布。

Abstract:

The surface corrosion damage configuration of aluminum alloy was experimentally investigated in the corrosive environment of different temperature and duration. The corrosion damage was artificially produced in the lab. The data sets of values of the surface corrosion damage ratio of specimens were measured using the optical microscope and then the statistical analysis was carried out.
