摘要: 在对叶片内腔结构的反求建模过程中,大量冷却孔的重建无疑是最困难的任务。以阵列特征的观点研究了冷却孔的重建过程,对数据分割、曲面重建和后续美化3个部分作了详细的论述。实际应用表明,基于阵列特征的建模方法,提高了建模速度和精度,再现了原始设计规律,具有很大的优越性。

Abstract: In the reverse modeling of internal structure of turbine blade, reconstructing large number of cooling holes is the most difficult task. Based on properties of feature array, the reconstruction method is decomposed into segmentation, surface reconstruction and beautification, which are described in algorithmic level in detail. Successful application of the method on industrial parts shows that both modeling speed and accuracy are greatly improved, and more over design intentions are captured.
