摘要: 采用数值方法,预测了由两通道两股气流构成的二维平缝气膜冷却的火焰筒壁温,获得了整个流场、温度场以及相应的流动和换热特性。在计算中,对紊流采用“k ε”两方程模型处理;在固壁附近运用壁面函数法;运用热流法计算了高温气体的热辐射;对两种不同介质的交接面的导热系数运用调和平均法。最后与实验结果相比较,得到良好的一致性。

Abstract: A numerical method of predicting the film cooling effect on the wall temperature of a combustion chamber is presented. In the calculation,the k ε double equation model for turbulence,wall function for the neighbourhood of the solid wall,harmonic average method for the conductivities at the interface of two different media and the heat flow due to the heat radiation are adopted or taken into consideration. The flow field,temperature field and the characteristic of flow and heat transfer are obtained,which shows a fairly good agreement with some experimental results.
