摘要: 提出描述结构细节初始疲劳质量的简化模型。此模型只需一种应力水平下的耐久性试验结果和细节S-N曲线之指数值m,即可描述初始疲劳质量,进行耐久性分析。用一套耐久性试验数据验证了简化简模型的可用性。最后,还给出了由裂纹尺寸和裂纹超过数概率定义的S-t关系,使结构耐久性分析简单易行。

Abstract: A simplified model for describing the initial fatigue quality (IFQ) of structural details is proposed.A universal TTCI distribution,which represents the IFQ,can be obtained by using only one set of durability testing results under a given stress level and the m value of the S-N curve of details.The proposed model is then verified by fastener hole durabilit testing data.Based on the simplified IFQ model,the S-t equation defined by the crack exceedance is deduced finally,for ease in durability analysis of structures.
