摘要: 在定向铸件的生产中,由于不能测取许多凝固参数而无法对实际凝固过程实施动态控制,影响了铸件质量的提高。对凝固过程的数值模拟将有助干揭示凝固过程并为过程控制提供重要信息。根据热量传递的特征,实际定向过程可以划分为抽拉前的稳态过程和抽拉开始后的非稳态过程。本文讨论了边界元法对于稳态定向凝固过程的数值模拟;考察了热物性参数和边界条件非线性的影响及其简化的可能性。

Abstract: In this paper the Boundary element Method (BEM) is Successfully applied to the three-dimensional numerical Simulation of the directional solidification (DS) Process in the steady state, and a lot of information about the process is obtained. The effect of non-linear thermal conductivity and non-linear heat transfer coefficient under different boundary conditions is investigated. The results show that in certain conditions the non-linear parameters can be simplified, and thus a large scale numerical simulation for the real DS process in engineering is possible on a microcomputer.
