Abstract:

Aimed at the dynamic characteristics and maintenance mechanism for the faults of civil aircraft,an enhanced signed directed graph (ESDG) model whose structure and parameters can be adjusted according to the working conditions is proposed by introducing the dynamic elements to the signed directed graph (SDG) model and incorporating the system structure model. Then, compatible rooted tree search algorithm and hierarchical diagnosis strategy based on the fault dependency matrix are proposed, which solves the problem that the diagnosis information is missing since part of the status is not measured in actual troubleshooting. This approach is able to meet the requirements for different diagnosis accuracy in hierarchical maintenance. The comprehensive diagnosis for several working conditions further improves the reasoning resolution. Finally, the validity of this approach is illustrated by taking the example of the engine bleed system of certain civil aircraft.
