THE DESIGNING OF THE SPECIMEN OF DOVETAIL JOINT IN UNIDIRECTIONALLY-LOADED FATIGUE TEST RIG

Abstract

Abstract: n order to reproduce the fretting damages between the blade and disk of dovetail joint and measure its fretting fatigue life, the method of varied-friction-coefficient boundary element is used to calculate the contact characters of dovetail joint of isopachous disk.According to the calculated results and the analysis of the forees of dovetail joint,a kind of specimen is de- signed which can simulate the fretting damage of dovetail joint under practical working condition in a unidirectionally loaded fatigue test rig.The test results are satisfactory.
