Abstract:

The dynamic mathematical model of thermodynamics on "human-cabin"has been presented by considering an intergral system of cabin and human. The physiological data used in the model were obtained from tests, and the empirical formulas used in the model were checked with tests.Based on the model, several thermophysiological indexes for the pilot in a cabin can be predicted and the cooling or heating capacity and the other parameters of an air conditioning system can be determined. As an example, the dynamic characteristics of the temperature within the cabin of a fighter in a typical flight profile and the thermophysiological indexes for the pilot set in it were predicted. The finite difference method was applied to computation of the transient temperature within a cabin, and the Roung-Kutta integration scheme was adopted in order to compute thermophysiological indexes of a body tinder varying environmental conditions. The computational results show that the mathematical model presented in this paper is satisfied.
