摘要: 针对复合材料蜂窝夹芯结构面板与芯子脱胶损伤问题, 提出一模拟面板、胶层及芯子的有限元模型,采用NASTRAN 分析软件计算了板芯脱胶结构的剩余强度及修补后的强度恢复。研究了脱胶区域大小对剩余强度的影响及胶接修补质量对强度恢复的影响。

Abstract: A thr ee-dimensional finite element model is brought forward for the unbonded damage of composite honeycomb sandwich structures. NAST RAN so ftw are is used to calculate the residual str ength of the structures and ther esumed str ength after r epairing. T he influence of the size of the unbonded area on the streng th lost and the influenceof the repairing quality on the str ength regain are studied.
