压气机三维非定常动态失速过程试验研究

摘要: 以一台双级低速轴流压气机为研究对象,采用在压气机周向、径向和轴向不同位置处布置多个动态压力传感器的方法,获取了动态失速过程中不同位置动态压力信号的变化情况,对各截面的动态总压信号分别进行了时域、频域和时频分析。研究结果表明:压气机的失速类型是单团全叶高旋转失速;失速团形成前只出现了模态波扰动;模态波式动态失速过程具有三维非定常的特征,模态波扰动和失速团首先在压气机的局部位置形成,然后沿着轴向和径向扩散至其他位置,最终占据各叶排所有叶高位置。

Abstract: The stall inception of a 2-stage low-speed axial compressor is investigated with uniform inlet flow. By installing high response dynamic pressure transducers in the circumferential, radial and axial directions, the dynamic pressure data at different positions are collected and analyzed using time analysis, frequency analysis and time-frequency analysis respectively. The results show that there is only one stall cell occupying the full span region, and that only modal wave type disturbance appears ahead of a rotating stall. The stall inception exhibits three-dimensional and unsteady characteristics. Both the modal wave disturbance and the stall cell form in a local position firstly, which will extend to other regions in the radial and axial directions soon after their appearance and finally occupy the whole span of all the rotors and stators.
