摘要: 微推力测量技术是微推进器设计的关键技术之一,是微小卫星进行轨道保持、姿态控制的基础技术。多脉冲平均微推力的测量对于脉冲微推进器的特性研究有着重要的作用。对常用的微推力测量方法进行了总结,提出了一种多脉冲微推力测量的方法。基于二阶系统模型,利用傅里叶展开的方法,分析了在多脉冲推力作用下测量系统的动态响应。理论分析和仿真结果表明:在推力脉冲的频率远高于测量系统的固有频率时,系统的稳态转角同微推进器的平均推力成正比;可通过测量系统的稳态转角来获得平均推力大小;通过测量得到的平均推力,还可以获得总冲的大小。该测量方法可以有效避免推力信号的波动对于平均推力测量的影响。

Abstract: Microthrust measurement technology plays a key role in microthruster design, and it is the basic technology of orbit maintenance and attitude control for microsatellites. The average thrust measurement of multipulse microthrust is very important for the study of the characteristics of pulsed microthrusters. The commonly used microthrust measurement methods are summarized and a method of multipulse microthrust measurement is proposed. Based on the secondorder system model and using Fourier expansion, the dynamic response of thrust measurement system under the action of multipulse microthrust is analyzed . The theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that if the frequency of thrust pulse is far larger than the natural frequency of thrust measurement system, the steady state deflection angle is proportional to the average thrust. The average thrust can be obtained by measuring the steady state deflection angle, and then the total impulse can be obtained from the measured average thrust. This method can efficiently avoid the effect of thrust fluctuations on average thrust measurement.
