摘要:

以分析编织结构复合材料的力学性能和修正的经典层合板理论为基础,首先对三维编织织物结构进行分析,考虑厚度方向的效应,采用三维应力—应变分析,预报编织结构复合材料的有效弹性模量;同时,进行了编织结构复合材料的力学性能实验,理论预报和试验结果符合得较好。

Abstract:

The mechanical properties of braided structural composite materials are analyzed. The modified classical laminated theory forms the basis of the present approach. Considering the effect of thickness, three dimensional stress strain analysis is adopted. The effective elastic modulus is predicted. In addition, the mechanical experiments of braided structural composite materials are carried out. The theoretical prediction shows reasonably good agreement with the test result.
