复合材料层合板位移分段折线假设的研究

摘要: <正> 1.前言 复合材料层板现有位移假设很多,但有实用价值的却少。在常用的位移假设中,薄板理论仅限于薄板;Mindlin板理论虽然在一定程度上反映了层板的剪切效应,但因其不能准确地模拟断面翘曲而仅限于薄板和中厚板,分层折线假设虽然能较准确地模拟断面翘曲和反映剪切效应,但当层数较多时位移自由度变得很庞大而限制了其应用。本文提出了介于Mindlin板理论和分层折线假设之间的假设——分段折线假设,即把层板分为若干段(段数远小于层数),每段含若干层。大量算例表明,分段折线假设具有较高的精度且自由度较少,尤其在层数较多时其优越性愈显著,具有较高的实用价值。文中提供了层板分段依据。

Abstract: In the paper, the displacement hypothesis of sectionalized broken line is put forward for analysis of composite laminated plates. It is a modification of Mindlin's theory and the hypothesis of layered broken line. The hypothesis is precise, economic and practical. The paper also provides the basis of dividing laminate into sections.
