摘要: 通过对复合材料“受力-抗噪声融合体”结构的分析,编制非线性动响应有限元程序进行计算和几种方案的试验,说明了在航空和民用工程中采用上述多功能复合材料结构可有效提高隔声、吸声性,降低结构重量,且可避免国内外传统的先生产飞机,后进行降噪补加工造成的增重,加工不便和较大的财力、人力、时间损失。

Abstract: In this paper, the performance of noise transmission for the antinoise and forcestand-ing combined structures made of the composite sandwich materials is analysed, and an optimal program is compiled by using the finite element method for computing nonlinear dynamic responses. A series of experiments is carried out. The results show that when those structures are designed in consideration of the antinoise technique, the structures with high noise transmission loss and light weight, which are used for both aviation and civil engineering, can be achieved. A number of problems, such as the increase of weight and high cost of supplementary mending, will be encountered if the measures of noise control are to be used for an assembled airplane. Those problems may be solved when the composite sandwich structures designed by this technique are used.
